PWA Electrical Services

The communication from PWA was exceptional, one of my pet hates is companies saying they’ll be at your job sometime between 11 and 5 and you waste most of your day waiting for them. PWA let me know exactly when they were arriving. The electrician PWA sent was Brad and he is a credit to the company. He not only performed the work I asked for but took the time to troubleshoot a couple of things and left the site spotless. I only ever leave reviews when I get above-average service and I’ll only use PWA from now on.

We would highly reccomend PWA to install smoke alarms for the hearing impaired. The system was thouroughly explained once installed. Great Service and Fair Prices. PWA was understanding when we had to rebook due to covid. A big massive shout out to the elecrical installers and reception for all the help and knowledge, a quick efficeint service received. $269 call out fee was charged prior to attend site to inspect my oven at home as I can´t turn it on (oven is less than 2 years old). Two electricians showed up and after 5 mins they tag the oven but refuse to tell me if the oven is able to fix or not. Then charge me another $400 for tagging the oven and said they can come . Total of $669 spent for their 10mins work.Lesson learnt, hould have just pay $1500 for a new oven instead of using their service.

I must say that I was very impressed with services from the very beginning with my telephonic queries at reception for PowerPoints from PWA Electrical Services.The friendliness but professionalism in being open to my queries, helpfulness and then the stage of having to communicate with the members of the finance department was supportive and co-operative. All of this took place within a couple of days. I appreciated them being on top of each stage of this job until the end when I was informed that the Electricians were on their way.Once again workmen provided effective but professionalism with the job (the neatness, productive installation and at the end the helpfulness and advice on completion of the job) were noted.Due to all of this I am pleased and confident to return for your electrical services in the future and would have no hesitation in referring others. I have used PWA Electrical services since last November as my oven element was not working . They had to source part from Eastern States and installed in the New Year . Maryanne was very pleasant & efficient in booking my job. Then have use them again for update of circuit board & fire alarm sensors .
