I had a great experience with Dr Sparky Electrical. Josh arrived on time, completed the job to a high standard and was very efficient. Kerry and Nigel were also extremely helpful and prompt in providing a quote/booking the repair.

From Nigel and Kerry who I dealt with for the quoting and billing, to Julio who did the install work -- 10/10 team.I initially approached Dr Sparky Electrical with a laundry list of work needing to be completed urgently. Due to the short time scale required Nigel offered to immediately draw up a rough quote over the phone and then address any variances on site. The initial quote was fair and affordable, and was written with slight over-estimations so to account for any variances. When on site we discovered some nasty surprises left by previous sparkies and owners, but thankfully Nigel's quote accounted for these variances and Julio was able to complete the work for the original quoted amount. Very happy with the outcome and the quality of the work.Given the first experience was incredible while Julio was on site I asked he draw up an additional quote for all remaining work at my property. This was a very significant list of work requiring three whole days to complete - the quote Julio returned was again fairly priced, and also itemised for transparency which I appreciate.Julio takes a lot of pride in his work, gave honest and fair advice, and went out of his way to ensure the work was neat and the site tidy after each visit. He arrived on time each day, always had a great attitude and demeanour, and was extremely efficient with his work. Truly one of the best tradesmen I have had do work on the property. Would not hesitate to recommend Dr Sparky Electrical.

Dr Sparky attended our property to do a complete air con install and changing out of all lights to down lights throughout the house. From the moment we contacted them to organise quotes and timelines, they were extremely friendly and easy to deal with. Customer service was fabulous and the job was completed ahead of schedule.
